During his career, Magnum photographer René Burri produced a large number of photographs in which he processed a wide variety of motifs. The publication Berner Blitz, which was produced in close collaboration between Burri and Simonett, focuses for the first time on his colour photographs.
The photos are printed on a special polypropylene paper. The book shows a colourful selection of his works on subjects such as nature, religion, industry, politics and architecture, summarised in an illustrated index at the end of the picture section.
